Changing my review from "Recommended" to "Not Recommended"

This game used to be my childhood, coming home after school to play with my mates. We would explore the world while defeating dungeons and their bosses, make our own clubs, save up self-earned Cubits to buy new classes and mounts, enter the Shadow Tower with the boys, and try to obtain the full dragon mount so we could fly. If you asked me to recommend this game back then, I would definitely say yes, a hundred percent. But now? Nope, not at all.

After a couple of years of not touching the game, when I tried getting back to playing good old Trove with a friend it suddenly felt different. Exploring the world and defeating the dungeons was luckily still possible, but upon looking at the store the option to buy classes and mounts with Cubits that we could earn without paying was missing. I was wondering: What happened, and how do we get them now?

The answer is: You grind. And you grind a lot. Now you have to spend hundreds of hours on obtaining all the classes while someone with money buys them in 15 minutes by entering their credit card details. After that, it's the same with grinding for the best gear.

Dragons, which were my favorite part of the game, are now incredibly difficult to obtain as the grind for dragons increased. Classes are now, instead of the F2P currency Cubits, locked behind a paywall or a grind. Last but not least is the Patron Pass, this is a monthly subscription for access to certain bonuses to help your progress. These bonuses included doubled chance of finding rare items (Magic Find), double Daily Bonuses, +50% experience, and extra stats (Flasks, Jumps, Lasermancy, Crafting Speed). While you are able to get the Patron Pass as a F2P player, it was incredibly expensive and only for 15 days.

As mentioned before, I cannot recommend this game anymore, you are better off finding another game that is similar to Trove.

The game itself in VR is good and it runs pretty smooth but there are a few problems which makes it not worth playing in VR.

Reloading in PAYDAY 2 VR is basically just pressing a button, like on a keyboard.
Movement, in this game you have an option to move with the joystick instead of teleport but if you want to jump on something you have to aim on it which is hard and then you have to teleport on it, same goes with ladder (it takes me 3 minutes to aim on the ladder every time)
The game makes me very dizzy fast when other games like Pavlov VR and VRChat don't (This might be just me)

Due to this it is not worth playing PAYDAY 2 in VR, if you have a VR Headset it can be fun but don't buy a VR Headset just for this.

Unturned is an amazing game that not only offers players a fantastic role-playing experience, but also allows for endless possibilities with its robust modding capabilities. The game's open-world sandbox environment is huge and full of diverse locations, and the survival mechanics add an extra layer of realism to the experience. The RP community is extremely active and welcoming, and there are plenty of opportunities to create your own unique stories and adventures. The modding aspect of the game allows players to take their experience to the next level, with a wide variety of mods available to enhance the gameplay and add new features. If you're looking for a game that offers both a fantastic RP experience and the ability to customize and personalize your gameplay, then Unturned is the perfect choice.
