Friend request acceptance requirements

You may ask me, "Why?", here is the answer: Due to the high rate of scammers that is constantly trying to add me in order to steal my items and account, I was obliged to add requirements for this (I am tired of this nonsense actually), so if you want me to accept your friend request or for me to add you, you should have atleast Level 20 on Steam (GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 20, NO LESS) or I should know you locally, in other case, I wont accept your request. Hey! My name is Kiril (you can pronounce as "keyreal" ) [a.k.a "gmod.trolgeh" on TikTok and "trolgeh" on YouTube] and I am originakky from Latvia. I am very creative guy that loves to apply own knowledge and skills into something that requires frequent or high creativity usage so yeah, I think that's why sandbox games are my fav ones. Languages play crucial role in my life and the process of learning them for me seems actually very interesting, especially Mandarin. I can talk on Russian, Latvian, Mandarin (HSK 3), English, Spanish and a little bit of German. Also I have a cutie cat (breed Russian blue). She is 7 years old right now and she loves to play with my legs while I am trying to get some sleep ;-; . I can be inactive these days, because I have alot of school stuff to do.
