Despite playing it in 2024, the story impressed me more than most story-based games today. I found the gameplay quite annoying at first, but it didn't ruin the game for me. Personally, I enjoyed this game more than DBH, but I'm definitely not going to compare those two. Btw. I played the game in remixed mode, i.e. in chronological order of events.

Marking the following text as spoiler, even though it technically isn't a spoiler, but I probably wouldn't want to read it before actually playing the game.

As I wrote before, I enjoyed the game mostly because of its story and the overall idea, but I didn't feel that most of my decisions had a serious impact (or significantly affected) the overall course of the game. Maybe at times the game felt like a great movie in which I partially influenced the course, but certainly not as much as in DBH.

I bought this game because I was looking for a game with a perfect story, and this one actually came up at the top of the charts pretty often. The story really is great, it's just different than other games, but the gameplay sucks. So if you're looking for a game with a good story for a couple hours and don't mind the poor gameplay (and graphics), I recommend it.

Still worth playing in 2023.

An absolute masterpiece.

The combination of great graphics and a zombie apocalypse will totally draw you into the atmosphere. The plot is interesting and you'll probably not finish this game in one sitting. Some quests are a little too similar, some are even quite boring, so the story drags on sometimes, still worth it though. Fighting hordes, on the other hand, is not boring at all. And yes, the game really looks like the trailer.

I highly recommend this game, despite not being a fan of stealth games or games involving kids (haha), this one surprised me with its interesting plot that kept me up all night, also had pretty good graphics.

Very emotional game, almost as great as the first season. One of the few games I can finish in one sitting, even though the game takes more than 10 hours to finish.
