We as community must unite and show Maxe that banning hackers is a MUST weather you are close to them in real life or not. Otherwise this game will be soon flooded with cheaters(and keep in mind that dev's don't care). THE ONLY THING WE CAN DO IS STOP PLAYING IN THE 312 SERVER. It's just as easy for me as it is for you to don't give a F and keep playing in there. But i choose to do my part even if it's little, to result in his ban. Maxe will have to open her eyes, ban him, or let her clan decays.
Punkbuster hasn't been updated since 2015 so anyone use cheats specially if they are premium and non-detectable.
If you are a 312 member, i ask you to considering leaving your clan or talking Maxe into banning the hacker. If you are a regular player, i ask you to join me and stop playing in 312, because if we keep playing in there pretending everything is cool and normal then the hacker will never get banned and we will be part of the problem and in the future more players will cheat too.

So he basically just randomly shoots and let his aimbot swerves his shooting, that's how he get kills. He leave the aimbot to the head, so 9/10, headshot.

Rapture is banned in almost all servers except in 312 and he will not get banned any time soon, so what can we do about it?

Developers don't give a crap about AA anymore, so they won't look into it. 312 leader Maxe loves the guy and turns a blind eye for his hacking. Other 312 members seems not to be bothered by their clanmate being a cheater.
