This is really my first experience of a "game" like this one and I wanted to write a positive review that might entice other players to have a go. Despite what many of the reviews say, I think that this IS a game. There is some challenge to playing and I've had a lot of fun making progress in the time I've been playing. But, you do need to be aware of what it is you're playing - others have said this is more like a Walking Sim and from what I've seen of that genre I think I agree. You play Everything for the experience, for the exploration, for the enlightenment. I played this on a Steam Deck and found myself enthralled as my pig avatar listened to the thoughts of rocks and trees, then sang and danced, then became those things. As I type this I am currently a spec of pollen and I look forward to finding out what I'll become next!

Well worth 30 minutes of my time. Easy recommendation for anyone who doesn't want to play a game ;)

With or without the Worms branding, this is a great mini golf game with loads to see and do. I've only played for 3 hours in Steam but I had the big box edition years ago for PC and I have the game on my iPad too. I'm a huge fan of the Worms franchise so mixing golf with the humour of Worms is perfect.

The only downside for me is that I need to be sat at a proper PC with a mouse since the game isn't well optimised for my Xbox controller - I wanted to play this on a Windows tablet with controller for more convenience but it just doesn't want to work properly.

I tried really hard to like this game but it’s just too hard. It looks great, sounds good (if you like EDM music) and controls well enough but something about the game mechanics are just ‘off’ here which leaves you with non-stop frustration.

I imagine this would control much better on a mobile device with touchscreen.

If you get chance to pick this up for a very low price, go for it, but even the £2 at time of writing is a bit steep for what you’re asked to endure.
