The building and mechanics are excellent, extremely satisfying. However the mission gameplay is comically bad; you can be assigned missions that you haven't unlocked the necessary equipment to complete, most of the missions are completely uninteresting even if you CAN complete them, and the rewards are frequently disproportionate to the amount of work necessary to complete them.

TL;DR: If you want to play with boats and planes in a sandbox go for it. If you want actual goal-oriented gameplay wait until they fix the missions.

it's a gud game fam

Fun, short little adventure romp. Great way to kill 10 hours or so.

It's a fun, visually appealing little Zelda inspired game for the first couple hours. Then you run out of equipment to progress to, and THEN you get to the desert.

The desert is just awful, honestly. You get access to a couple new pieces of equipment, most of which I already had the materials to make as soon as I arrived. Then you're given a bunch of quests that involve running long distances across featureless sand. It was kind of funny how I got the tooltip about choosing your attacks based on enemy resistances, immediately before entering a zone where all the enemies have resistances to every single damage type.

Based on the first area I'd say the game definitely has some potential, but it still needs a lot of work that really should have been taken care of while it was still in early access.

Combat is unbalanced. Spamming is way too effective. Controls generally feel unpolished and unresponsive, not satisfying to play at all.

Seems to have some serious bugs. I was excited for this game but I cannot drag items which is an essential part of the game. It also sometimes crashes to a black screen upon exiting, requiring a full restart of my PC.

Game doesn't bring anything new to the table. Basically Just Cause. Optimization is a joke.

I can't stop playing. I can no longer tell what is real and what is the game.

For the low low price of free you can start the game with 10 bullets, a T-shirt, and a tin can that makes deer noises. 10/10 recommended
