I tried my best to like this game. I do not like how the progression system works and gameplay-wise, it can be very repetitive. Just be aware that Sifu is an extremely difficult game, even on medium difficulty I was playing at.

-The performance is really awful, very hard to get a stable amount of frames per second
-Some questionable, annoying, and confusing puzzles/game design
-Can't skip cutscenes, I was forced to watch the same cutscene again after dying to the final boss
-There's no 'Restart to the Last Checkpoint' button if you just messed up something badly (unless you die)
-Close quarter combat isn't great. You can't push enemy away, can't dodge, and melee attack is useless. You can get stuck easily once the enemies has cornered you.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is overall an enjoyable experience. About an hour ago I had completed the New Game Plus and earned all of the achievements the game has to offer. It offers a unique and somewhat a slightly different feel while keeping many of the fun aspects from its previous entry.

Personally, I like Miles as a character, in short he is just cool and stylish. The way he utilizes his web swinging skills is also noticeably different from Peter's but in a good way. It is exactly how I imagine myself how fun would it be if I were a Spider-Man. There are lots of air-tricks that you can perform in addition to the new fluid looking animations.

I'd say the combat is an upgrade too, there are Miles' new "Venom Power" and "Camouflage" abilities which can be used depending on the situation. For stealth tactic I used the "Camouflage" ability quite often before engaging into multiple enemies. Eventually, the best part of the combat for me is having a totally new finishing moves, completely different from Peter's.

However there are 2 things I dislike in this game. First, I don't find the story to be that exciting in general. The villain itself is kind of lame in my opinion. I won't be focusing too much on the story though, as it is a journey that you are supposed to experience by yourself. Finally, the moment you knew it was over, you'd probably be unsure whether you are satisfied with your purchase or not. Why? The game is just way too short. Some people believe that it feels more like a DLC rather than being an actual full game. Final thoughts? Well, definitely buy it on sale.

I finished the game within 2 weeks since the Summer Sale started. Compared to other FromSoftware games I've played, this hits the right spot in terms of difficulty. Not too hard, but not too easy either. I'd recommend it, even if the price could've been a lot cheaper for a seven year-old game.

Spider-Man Remastered is probably one of the better games that I've been playing lately. As I am writing this review, I had finished the main story and will probably continue over the DLCs when I have some time. I've never played the original PS4 version so it was mostly a blind playthrough. Overall, the game is good and I'd like to write about 3 main points which I really like in this game.

First of all is how the web swinging mechanic works, in a good way. This traversal system is really fun and engaging, something that is quite rare to be superbly implemented in other open world games.

Secondly, the visuals. It really blows my mind of how gorgeous this game actually looks (high settings 1080p DLSS Quality), despite having the ray-tracing disabled. On top of that, with the addition of photo mode, it is now possible to take an even better looking screenshot. So far the game has crashed no more than three times, and for the most part the performance is alright.

Finally, the fluent looking combat. Personally, the combat might be one of my favorites, I like it more than the combat in God of War (2018). If you do love challenge in video games, playing the game on hard/spectacular difficulty right from the beginning would be recommended to help you get better at the combat as well. One of my few complaints of this game would be how it lacks enemy variety, making the game feels repetitive at certain times. Furthermore, the boss fights aren't that enjoyable either.

Would recommend buying, preferably when it's on sale.

Edit: fixed grammar error

It's not my cup of tea, though I think the soundtrack is undoubtedly a banger.
