sv_cheats 1 - enable the cheats mode in the local server
mp_roundtime_defuse 60 - change round time to 1 hour
mp_freezetime 0 - change delay time before the round to 0 sec
mp_restartgame 1 - restart the game to apply abode settings
sv_infinite_ammo 1 - infinite ammo
bind n "give weapon_hegrenade;give weapon_smokegrenade;give weapon_molotov" - press "n" to get HE, smoke, and molotov give weapon_flashbang
sv_grenade_trajectory 1 - enable the trajectory of grenades
bind alt noclip - press ALT to fly around the map
bot_stop 1 - stop the bots (no move and no shoot)
bot_kick - kick all the bots
bot_add - add one bot
bind c bot_place - press "c" to place the bot at needed location
bind v "toggle sv_showimpacts 0 1" - press "v" to toggle shoot markers on the walls and other objects
