Yet another awful 343 Industries Halo game. This development team might just be the worst in all of AAA gaming. 4 attempts, 4 failures. Driven a beloved series into the ground with zero remorse.

Great characters, great plot, immersive environment, great soundtrack, etc. Could go on forever.

Everyone has to try this out. Episode 1 is free. You will not regret it.

This is one of the greatest horror games of all time, and my personal favourite.

This game is extremely immersive and atmospheric, and tells a very compelling story through the use of diary entries and visual clues throughout the game. The character of Daniel, whom you play as, has lost their memory and must explore to find out the dark secrets of the Brennenburg castle, where the game is set.

There are enemies (i.e. monsters) in the game, but the developers understand that the less monsters you see, the scarier they are. The game does not shove monsters in your face 24/7 which would greatly diminish their purpose. They are timed just perfectly enough that you never know when or where the next one will be, and it really does mess with your mind.

Even though you may not see a monster for upwards of 30 minutes or more, each second you spend in the game is your mind questioning itself and freaking itself out. There would be nothing there, but your mind wholeheartedly believes that you did see something. Jump scares are far and few between, the game hardly relies on them to be 'scary'. The game understands that sudden scares do not build up any tension, gets old fast, and isn't "horror". Instead the game breaks you mentally just through the use of the atmosphere, brilliant voice acting, setting and the lightning, which is briliantly done.

In this game, you are defenseless. You can't fight anything, you have to run and hide. This makes you focus on what you have to do to survive. Each mistake can bring you to death or a terrifying encounter. Amnesia arrives at your stomach and shows you the human condition against interior fears and monsters.

On top of it all, there is a large range of custom content, including custom campaings that equal the quality and content of the campaign, providing many hours of gameplay, and many stories to experience. A must have for horror enthusiasts and a big recommendation for people who are interested in a great horror experience with a great story, and a great gaming experience.

Early Access Review
From what I've played of it this is shaping up to be a great simulator and this game certainly has a bright future ahead of it. The 'simulation' aspect of the game easily beats any other simulator on the market - and the end-screen statistics provided to the player are excellent.

Very excited for the future

A timeless classic, and one of my favourite childhood games. Now with enhanced AI, new multiplayer servers, more balancing, less bugs and a range of new DLC.

When it comes to strategy, resource management, micro & macro management, and all-around building a badass empire with massive armies, no other game on the market comes close to this.

There is a whole range of new content available through the Steam Workshop which provides a lot more replayability on top of the many campaigns already available.

The game still requires resolution scaling, and a more robust multiplayer system. For those who would like a better multiplayer experience, I would recommend installing Voobly and playing through that.

Overall, this is a must have for pretty much everyone, and especially those who played it during thier childhoods.
