Pretty terrible. I can't imagine what people are actually playing because I don't think their experience is mine.

It's gears of Aliens, it has cover based shooter mechanics for a coop against mostly melee creatures. The xenos are the most pathetic lazy 'run up and slap you like a cat' enemies possible, with almost no lethality. It blatantly steals all of its mechanics from gears of war and l4d and brings nothing original to the table. Your abilities are augmented by moba/overwatch abilities and a coop progression system that makes me want to throw up.

I'm looking for an alien game where you're shooting aliens to actually have dangerous aliens. Should be highly lethal to match the tone of the films, ie maybe low health for xenos but 1 or 2 hit kills for you as well since these guys are extremely dangerous super predators.

The good thing about this game is the aesthetics. I was initially beaming upon hearing the soundtrack, looking at all the cool armor and marine designs, even the locations are great from the little bit of the game I got to play. It looks great, their artists are fungin amazing. Unfortunately I can't say the same about their programmers and the bosses in charge of this pukefest.

I'd give it a 3/10 at least it isn't buggy. If you want a coop shooter and you don't care about the details and aren't picky like me you'll probably enjoy it.

My performance with this latest patch is unplayable in most maps, and it's pretty sad. Flatscreen is fine but I want to play VR...

That being said, this has been an incredible experience both as a horror game, it brings aspects that I've only seen modders use in Garry's mod maps, honestly. And native VR support is great, even the mechanics are based round VR, such as the movespeed - Though I would ask, the longer this game is out, perhaps suggesting a faster move speed down the line would be cool? We're starting to be burned out vets, we don't need to be slowed for comfort anymore. But it adds to the tension anyways, so it's a valid mechanic.

And socially, it's cool meeting people from all around the world. I love all the different scenarios you can get from differing experience levels, it feels like you're the A team sometimes, or the Scooby doo gang most of the time, and sometimes, sam and dean if you 2 man that ♥♥♥♥ like a pro, or a priest performing an exorcism!

Without Mick Gordon, Doom would have never come back. This music is a reason to play this game and 2016. The trailers were SOLD off of it, the hype was built on it, people came back over and over again because of the music and people who never played the games bought them for the sound track.
I love how this community jumps down mick's throat the first chance they get when he BASICALLY INVENTED A NEW GENRE for ID. Supposedly he's a little late on 1 deadline after working on them for years and they go nuclear and smear his name in public? Please. If you support the smear campaign against mick (That's working, btw, read any comments anywhere I can't find 1 person who isn't like "shame Mick is such a piece of ♥♥♥♥ you go ID software!") You can go eat a ♥♥♥♥ and you're whats wrong with gaming.

Beautiful game. It's hard for me to say what I loved about it without spoiling, but it really moved me.

It's Zynga, stay away. There are no minions, the combat takes about 2 seconds, it takes more than 100 matches to get the high end champions/heroes/what have you, and they literally hide the quit game button, I had to task manager this ♥♥♥♥. 0/10, stay away from this game
