Have been playing Quake 3 Arena and HL2 Deathmatch for quite some time. Addicted to TF2 now.
If I have recently removed you from my friends list, please do not be offended. My list is full and to add people I play with more often, I needed to drop some off. Players from voogru.com servers will have preference as I play almost exclusively there.

Things to remember as a Medic:
Uber charges fast in Setup without other players damaging themselves.
Uber charges fastest on highly dmaged people.
2nd fastest is taking someone from 100% to 150% health.
3rd fastest is staying on someone at 150% health.
Slowest is multiple medics on the same person.

People damaged recently take longer to heal than those with older injuries.

So, to be effective:
Heal the most damaged first. Try to keep multiple people healed and up to 150% by spamming the beam across multiple people when possible. If 1 medic can do 4 people to 150% health, that's like having 2 extra people on your team!
