Check the negative reviews before meking your own opinion on the game. The problem of many people is a key problem with Uplay, which I didn't have with this game but with Heroes of Might and Magic VI (I am no longer able to play it, even though I bought the disc...). It's a shame for Ubisoft that they aren't even able to manage their own games.
Coming back to Anno, the game is excellent to me, but I will never buy a Ubisoft game anymore until my game is paid back.
