This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid; I played it all the way through; I hated it and now hate myself.

Honestly, it's not really that ♥♥♥♥, but I do still regret buying it, playing it and occasionally enjoying it.

I think I can with all honesty say that no other game has ever emotionally disturbed me in the way "Little Nightmares" has.
What in the beginning could have easily passed as a darker themed children's game, slowly becomes more and more uneasy and at the latest becomes downright frightening, when the first adult appears.
The obscure, and never completely made clear, plot only spirals further into darkness as the game goes on and the magnificent, but intentionally and successfully troubling, art style gives the game not only a unique look and feel to it's world but also makes it work as it's own functioning microcosmos.

You as the player fear for the child ("Six"), you are terrified of the adults with them, it warms your heart when they behave in a sweet way and it disturbs you when they don't. This world sucks you in and then abuses you for your naiveness.

The only negative, and yes, the previously stated was all pros, I could mention about the game, would be the ending -which I won't give away- not only because it ended this nightmarish almost-masterpiece, but also because it, to me, just felt a bit off and didn't really fit the tone of the rest of the game. If you've played it already, you'll propably know what I mean.

Apart from this last chapter though, I don't think I can endorce and recommend this game enough!
More games should be like "Little Nightmares".

Well, the game is definitely not for graphics enthusiasts and you for sure won't find a good story in it but let me tell you, it is perfect for people that just want to spend some spare time, slaughtering deamons for a couple minutes a day. The oldschool arcade style and not having the ability to look upwards or downwards propably isn't for everyone but I personally really enjoyed Final DOOM. It is obvious that the difficulties were made for people, to put more money into the arcade machine but if played on medium, Final DOOM is a lot of fun!
I'd recommend the game to everybody that likes the nostalgic feeling of arcade games or even every fan of FP shooters in general.

Ich war recht schnell mit der Story durch und auch die Errungenschaften waren nicht sooo schwer zu bekommen. Das Spiel kostet ja normalerweise zehn Euro und ich will ehrlich sein, das ist etwas teuer für so ein kurzes Spiel aber ich habe Portal in einem der unzähligen Sales gekauft und kann nun nach dem Spielen sagen: Meinen Kauf was es definitiv wert! Die Rätsel sind nicht so schwer, dass man Google nach Rat fragen müsste aber auch nicht zu leicht. Das System mit der Portal-Gun funktioniert hervorragend und auch GLaD0S ist eine wirkliche Bereicherung für die Videospielwelt. Ich möchte noch nichts vorwegnehmen aber ich kann sagen, dass man, wenn man gut aufpasst, eine interessante Story hinter den Kulissen entdecken kann.
Fazit: Durchaus empfohlen!

BioShock... Oh, what a game. The Plot, without giving any of it away, has you hooked the whole time, and the visible imagination and creativity that went into the game have elevated it to my all time favourite, no doubt about it.
And even while the graphics and the resolution might not be the best, the game is quite the oldie at this point, the art style, the world building and the design completely overshadow it's flaws.
If it is a high resolution that grinds your gears, there is the remastered version, so don't even worry about it.
Here and there, you will notice a bug but nothing enough to take you out of the game or disable you from doing something, so one can really just ignore them easily.
The dieselpunk-esque "Rapture" builds an atmosphere, similar to a horror game's, which also fits the oftentimes eerie sound design so there's that element aswell...
I really can't stress enough how much I recommend this game to everyone out there that hasn't played it yet to let the game itself convince them of it's glory.
