The game runs like garbage. The video settings are annoying to use, and don't work half the time. It also hogs memory like crazy.

This is the true game of the year

This game is probably a better experience than the original Half-Life.
Look's very good, great VO, and great map design choices while keeping to the original feel of the game.
The combat is my only gripe. I'm not sure if it's better or worse than the original HL but I remember HL being harder on the hardest difficulty. The difficulty scaling seems wonky. Some ambush scenes were way too hard on hard, while the entire rest of the game was too easy.
Other than that it's a great re-imagination of the story of Half-Life.

This game is abandoned.

Just go buy spelunky; it doesn't have bosses like this one has, but it has good music, actual gameplay, cool levels, etc.

If you are intellectual and like smooth/fancy gaming experience, this is probably better than the XBox controller.

But if you have a rough time trying to figure out the simplest of things, get an Xbox controller. However, an XBox controller has way less functionality.
