yeah i seen the video.. if it was him he had alot of combat training..he was calm.. insanely accurate fast and relaxed.. he checked corners reloaded behind cover.. I dont think it was him.. aside from the look similar but have entirely different facial structure.. shooter has wide high cheek bones narrower sharper jaw line.. no right neck mole.. no ass and payton is a big butted boy. Hair is squirrely the lack of insane curls is more crazy to me after wearing a helmet than the color different. an the nose isnt as wide of opened outward. Also why downscale the footage.. you know its downscaled.. no camera maxes out at that res.. no camera runs 10fps.. and their captions were pixelated to... meaning they put them in before downscaling... payton definately unstable.. that makes him a perfect scapegoat..
