Lake is a very sweet mail delivery sim with some nice slice of life story added. There's a lot of choice based elements to the game, but they are more or less inconsequential until the very end of the game, so there's no real fear of making the wrong choice or ruining this sweet little town. My only major complaint is that you can't pet the cats! Let me pet the cats!!! But overall, I enjoyed the heck outta this game and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good cozy game.

Murdering my friends never been so fun.

I am very rarely upset by a game disappointing me. Sometimes things just suck, and that's the way it is.... but the update to Deceit has changed the game for the worse and I'm truly saddened to lose such a fun game. Deceit used to be my absolute FAVORITE community/group mafia type game, but the last update changed it to basically be an Among Us in first person type game, and it is HORRIBLE now. Previously, the game felt like tasks actually accomplished something towards the goal (ie, collect fuses to power up the lights/gate to next area) but now you can just do literally nothing during rounds and that's somehow fine because as long as you didn't get voted out or murdered you'll advance to the next stage. Drinking blood as the infected is pretty much optional because you can now instantly transform during the night/dark cycle, where as before you had to work to get there and being able to transform felt like a victory in and of itself (you can't kill anyone if you don't drink enough blood now, but there's no joy in the hunt/kill anymore). They made the game a pale shadow of it's former self, and I am really bummed to see such a fun, innovative game kill itself this way.

I love this game so very much. Survive as long as you can, try not to freeze to death. Seems easy. It is not. The seasonal updates for Halloween are always great, this year's especially. The story is engaging as well. Anxiously awaiting Chapter 4!

This is a wonderful game if you're into building. Build build build, collect points, move to new islands. Gorgeous to look at, exciting to play. Trying to one up yourself each time will have you up til 4am. 10/10 game.

This game is enjoyable if city builders are your thing. It is definitely a time suck, and can be frustrating to understand the mechanics of how your city actually functions. Natural Disasters is a fun addition, adding a much needed challenge to a game that can stagnate easily.... the scenarios are difficult; even the easiest one will require 10+ hours to officially complete. Mods help this game out a lot; leaving it vanilla will wear you down into complete mindnumbing boredom after about 10-15 hours of play. Overall, though, it's fun and has attainable achievements, if you're into that sort of thing.
