I am absolutely in love with this. Quaint, serene, calm and a game that you'd easily lose an entire day in just building these sweet little landscapes and buildings. I hope more gets added at some point, but there's no rush. Feels like there's all the time in the world to be had with this game.

POST UPDATE (07/25/24)

Went from being more than half-decent to a polished stool.

One notable thing for me was the complete destruction of the old character creation. It was so fun making absolute goblins and gremlins. Now they've limited it and claimed they have "so many options" when in reality they basically made the entire ordeal significantly less fun. Half the joy in a survival game is making your character look the way you want.

It's pretty much Far Cry: Blue. Really good though. Normally I have a general distaste for Ubisoft and I was admittedly actively trying to not like the game but, uh, I can't.. In that respect, if you liked the Far Cry series, you'll enjoy this one. I'd wait for it to be on sale though.. I only got the vanilla edition and it looks way too pricey off sale.

Worth ten dollars. Interesting scares. There were definitely some that caught me completely off guard and messed with me.

If I could un-purchase something, this would be it.

Worth ten bucks? No.

Worth the sale price of $2.49? Also no.

An adorable game. Absolutely worth the play time! Quick and fun.

I love little bug simulators, but this one is by far the most fantastic and well-done I've ever played. Kudos to the directors for sticking with it all this time and making sure this doesn't rot in early dev hell.

Edit: If you haven't bought this game yet, do it. It is by all means worth the money even when not on sale. The love and care poured into this game dwarfs a lot of other games.

The only bad thing about this game is that you can never experience it for the first time ever again.

One of the best games I have recently played. The game's story isn't too heavy, the mechanics are really interesting and there are plenty of different species (and 'species') of fish to discover. Once night falls it has a really fun sense of risk vs reward but the learning curve is easy to grasp. I hope there's more to come from this game, it's a fun style and I don't really have many qualms with the gameplay, if any at all.
