Good game drowned in bad decisions. Fatshark does not learn and does not play their own games. This is evident from the absolute worst decisions made in dozens of issues while pretending to listen and claiming to make better communications. Meanwhile there's gaslighting players about premium currency and premium cosmetics while huge issues go unadressed (not just not fixed but unacknowledged often). But you can play for 20 hours to start experiencing the full game, weapons and all on a single character, and if you play 20 hours per week on that same character you get almost enough special coins to buy you a good weapon.

New german voices for old known characters, new hero without real need, horrible new design in some places. Despite feeling better in the gameplay department than risen 2, the atmosphere has been nuked and needs a lot of getting used to to enjoy all the new good stuff. Would have been better as a spin-off without direct Risen main series connection.

Great Pirate vibes. Different from most Piranha Bytes games, more like a pirate mass effect. Still has a lot of the classic Piranha Bytes atmosphere, though.

The proper Gothic 3 sequel. As with all of Piranha Bytes' games this one is carried by its atmosphere more so than gameplay or story (which are decent) but worth it for that alone.
Keep in mind that the game can be buggy (high fps leads to a climbing bug which needs to be stopped with limiting framerates/vsync) but for the vast majority of issues a reload or using the developer console will get you through.

It is more of the same, has a few rough patches still but is only getting better once things get fixed and mod support it in. This is without doubt going to be the ultimate Total Warhammer game.

Gameplay is simplistic but feels nice. Writing is very "witty" and is great if you're into that sort of thing and not if you hate it, personally I love it. Environments are very vividly coloured and apart from the tunnel bits I loved it. If you feel like catching up on some podcasts while you munch your way through a bayou narrated by Cyril Figgis/Jerry Smith this game is worth your money on a sale.

Great atmospheric indie horror game. Controls can be a little bit clunky from time to time but do not really impact the enjoyment of the game. The story is simple but sufficient, which also creates some of the charm of a fairy tale. The setting is spot on, with many details that only a person who's lived in those places of the alps for a while could recreate.

My only gripe is that the subtitles were translated a bit too freely instead of a more literaly translation which could help understanding some of the spoken Rumantsch more easily.

The true horror is playing this game. It's like someone actively tried to use the worst tropes of point and click games in one single game while also having no production value at all. The animated scenes are some of the worst I've seen in a long while, voice acting is bad, and I softlocked myself without trying just by trying to figure out which item was needed to open a door.

Quaint little horror game. Short but does not feel rushed or abrupt. While this game brings nothing new either story wise nor gameplay wise, it's enough to give you a spooky evening with some great atmosphere.

Even after a year of screwing over original backers this game still has crucial bugs, even new ones introduced in the steam version that would be easy to fix, but they ignore them. Do not buy unless this game is heavily discounted and fixed.
