It's like Magic: The Gathering meets Hearthstone in a rogue-like. And it's great. Full of mystery and secrets.

Remastered and even better than it was before. A true original, and now with an actual soundtrack sans CD-ROM. This boomer is happy with this shooter.

The controls are totally garbage - It teaches you to use Left Shift to lock on to enemies, yet in the first difficult boss encounter, the super censor, I cannot lock on to any of the smaller censors, making it frustrating. Even more frustrating are these prolonged unskippable cut-scenes that serve no purpose than to scold you for making mistakes. If a game frustrates me to this level, I am uninstalling. Maybe check out the sequel.

Just finished up to the end of Blast Pit and it's a very faithful adaptation to the original, I'm having a good time so far.
