This game gave me Elder Scrolls Oblivion feelings, mods help this game a lot! Some call this game "Eurojank" and I can appreciate it.

Gameplay and story are super immersive, really enjoyed it from beginning to end.

Now this is city management gaming with a great twist. Tech trees are fun, the campaign/scenarios are compelling.

If you ever played Harvest Moon, it's basically that, but updated for modern day/ease-of-use. Childhood obsession re-lived.

Good mod community for it too if there's elements you don't like.
