The new update hurts my eyes. The main lobby is absolute trash. The new map is beautiful but its not worth the headache. I guess their idea was to change everything instead of make a new game..

This game has way more cons than it does pros.
-I get disconnected randomly before and after the game starts.
-i randomly have my mouse on display during games...at times.. only way to clear it is to close out and reopen.
-they screwed up the main lobby UI so bad that it gives me a headache...
-They reset personal KDA and made it impossible to check the enemies KD... i guess to make the mmr feature look better??? cause that also still don't work for crap.

For some reason... the developers choose to ignore player feedback and instead pump blood bond sales down your throat and hope to bloat you to death on skins so you won't come to the conclusion that they don't care about how much fun you have. why else would they undo everything and somehow come out with something that's worse than what they had....

Frame Rate drops at random.

The game caters to campers more now than ever

Its been over a month or two since the new map and they have yet to fix anything. to add to the long list of cons....

-The noise pollution is ridiculous. Can't tell where things are or how far they are. The sounded used to be amazing and crisp... not anymore.

-The mmr continues to be a joke. With them removing the KD visuals, it seems suspicious that they have no idea or intention to fix it which relates to the next con...

-Cheaters... are abundant... they do not respond to any referral and they do not deter cheating at all. I've seen blatant cheating such as Chinese aim boters and ping abusers from south america and Europe.

I just bought this game on PC for the sale price but I own this game on Xbox and I loved it. I got my brother into it and he loved it. If you are reading my words, my review doesn't come from the experience playing on PC but from Xbox.

-Basically dark souls with some tweaks.

-Combat is slow but feels real. If you enjoy unrealistic swings of a greatsword go play DS.

-Movement is similar to combat. When you are using heavy armor you aren't ready for, you feel it.

-Story development I believe is more forthcoming than DS.

-Art and graphics are really good. Game was made in 2014 and looks better than DS2.

-The difficulty is decent. I haven't been stuck on fights like I have been on DS but unlocking the legendary version of the boss weapon can be very difficult. Don't expect fights to be like Artorias or Gael.

Its just a few things but I wanted to share my opinion. Many people have jumped in this game thinking it was going to be exactly like dark souls and I believe that's why they are disappointed. Instead of hating the game for what it is, they hate it for what it isn't. There are some mechanics that some may genuinely not like. The camera sways with the movement a bit and may be hard to get used to if you are used to fixed camera position games. The game overall is very fun. Lacking in multiplayer but a very good campaign.
