This is one of the best free games on Steam. It's a fan game for vtubers, and if you're unfamiliar with them, I'd recommend looking them up! A lot of the talents have actually interacted directly with HoloCure's main creator, and clearly a lot of love was poured into this game. Also the man refuses to quit working and refuses to take any money for it, which is impressive and commendable.

This is the best digital TCG I've played. It's incredibly generous by giving out a pack for your first win each day, and it has regular balance patches to keep the meta from getting entirely dominated by certain cards. The devs have gotten more responsive and communicative lately, and there is a small but dedicated subreddit for the game that will happily provide support for new players. Just ignore some of the grumbly guys, and RTFC.

EDIT: I have nominated this game for the Labor of Love award because the devs are regularly updating and balancing it, as well as releasing new sets often. Unlike some other devs, they aren't just focusing on their main market on mobile, and they keep the PC client up to date.

An extremely entertaining game with a strong competitive balance, grounded in simple and symmetrical mechanics. Entirely skill-based, though some luck can aid you. I nominated this for an award because some shots and plays are indeed "face melting."
