My experience so far has been amazing. There have been a few small visual bugs, but nothing gamebreaking. For the most part it's just an awesome, original, immersive experience. There is SO MUCH detail, it's unbelievable. It's a mix between an RPG and shooter, and watchdogs. The visuals are honestly amazing. I can understand why it is melting some peoples PC's. It's got the biggest most details city, with the most character models, all extremely detailed, it's just the most of everything i've ever seen on the screen at once.

Far Cry 4 follows a very similar formula to FC3, you will still hunt animals for weapon/ammo slot upgrades. You will still liberate towers and enemy camps. There are a multitude of small improvements though that really add to the formula. I don't want to spoil them, but just know that the game conceptually is very similar, although improved over the last version.

The graphics are great, set in fictional country that seems to be modelled off of Nepal, the change of landscape is much appreciated. There are lots of new vehicles, weapons and different enemy types this time around. There is also a pretty impressive grappling mechanic with some cool rope physics.

This game does a much better job than FC3 of making a direct assault with guns blazing a more viable approach. In FC3 they made it seem like you had the option, but really the reward system sort of forced you to go stealth. Not so much in this game. You will need stealth at times definitely, but going in guns blazing is much more viable.

The different enemy types also add a lot to the strategy. There are now different types of heavies, as well as a bow wielding "cloaking" enemy that cannot be permanently marked.

There are a lot of small changes like that which make the game really enjoyable.

This game gets a solid 8.5/10, well worth the playthrough.
