Fun gameplay, amaizing looks, B-movie script. It's a fantastic open-world game, with lots to explore, blow up, and race through.

The main story is very predictable, with mainly forgettable characters, but thankfully it doesn't get in the way of the action. I was driven mainly by the faction missions, fun little side missions with variety, and from just plain exploration.

The game looks absolutely fantastic, and runs smoothly at full settings in my modest machine. The world is colorful and inviting, with great variety in biomes and locations.

Enemies are very stale, with little variety and tactics that are limited to shoot, lob granades and then shoot some more. The shooting is also very conventional and nothing to get excited about. Where the gameplay really shines though, is in the incredible movement freedom your grappling hook gives you. My god if every open-world had that hook I'd be completely broke. If you combine it with one of the grappling strength enhancement mods and/or a multiple grapple mod you become a techno-spiderman that can link SUVs to helicopters and make enemies vanish by attaching them to motorcycles. It's worth trying for the hook alone!
