Simply one of the best platform fighters out there, and if you don't trust my opinion then you can't argue with the smooth movement, exceptional balance, unparalleled quality of life features, and active developer support. If you enjoy platform fighters for fun movement, the fulfillment of personal growth, and a varied cast of tournament viable characters, then this is a game for you.

Also, one of the dev team members is a TO for most major Rivals tournaments and the game's creator regularly competes in these events. When is the last time you got to play a game with the game's creator and ask them anything you want? They have done a phenomenal job of creating a great game and a great community, and we love them.

Evolve is some of the most fun I've had in a PVP game. The biggest and most common criticism I have heard is that the game is repetitive, and I strongly disagree. The game is only the repetitive if you play every game the same, which is how you lose games. There is a lot of thought and strategy needed to be effective at this game, especially as you get better at it. If you are hunters and you play against a good monster and you do nothing but follow daisy and shoot the monster when you see it and trap it when you manage to get close, you will lose. If you are playing against a team of skilled hunters and you just run across the map whenever they see you, you will lose. This game has some of the best strategic choicemaking I've seen, and one good or bad decision could be all it takes for the monster to shake the hunters off its trail just long enough to evolve to stage 2 or for the hunters to catch a weak monster in a dome with no terrain to hide behind.
