makes the game better, moddable, multiplayer (easier-ish), MODDABLE WHILE MULTIPLAYER, and overall a better experience, use gz doom and steam edit, makes game gud

Pros:
The physics are amazing, the game ran well even though im on an under-powered pc (gtx1650 gddr5 model, ryzen 3 3300x, 16gb ram, hdd) i ran into alot of tearing in combat heavy moments but that was probably becuase of my underpowered computer, but it was very easily playable; I havent finished the game yet but it is fairly long as im ~10 hours into gameplay and just passed the sewers; Puzzles can be finished in any way and the game encourages cheating; combat feels smooth and you arent overpowered or underpowered

Cons:
Play it on the valve index, controls feel janky con the Touch V2 controllers and guns are hard to use quickly, weight doesnt feel right and trying to climb is abysmally hard; some of the inventory slots (particualry the back bottom right) are really hard to put items into and the digital inventory breaks immersion.

Conclusion:
I highly reccomend boneworks as a must-have for all vr users, though best played on the valve index its fun on non-fingertracking headsets even though the controls arent right there. The physics works really well and enemies dont feel underpowered or overpowered, you are surrounded by the world, part of it not the centre of it. In conclusion get boneworks as a high priority game, first priority game if your on a valve index

UPDATE: Finished the game last night, the game has VERY bad performance in the Tower level, i had to look at the floor for the game to be playable, though im sure its due to my underpowered pc those at or below the minimum specs may see some framerate dips or chugging.
Overall solid 9.6/10 for me

really good, solid ai, better than the first game, id recommend buying the old maps again cuz the new ai makes it more fun, realistic and easier
