Its like the feeling and world of fallout 1 mixed with the gameplay cycle of rust

Even without bugs its still just okay. 6/10

Pros:
-Extremely well done characters and engaging story.
-Great animations and music.
-Side missions and some gigs are incredible

Cons:
Apart from the (telelports behind you) cops and the broken geometry causing stealth to be a little wonky, the world just doesn't feel like the future. There's all these futurey cars and buildings and such, but that's as far as it goes. There's very little depth to world around you that you don't want to explore it whatsoever, just move on to the next side job and gig where they can use the backdrop of the empty world to fulfill the creation of a good scene within it. But then you drive through the supposedly dense future city with buildings stacked on top of one another and realize once you've left that area you realize you hadn't even looked up that entire time because you were too busy trying to not crash into the car in front of you while staring at your navigation on your minimap. There is one small place where it actually feels like the world they had intended to create which is little china. The buildings are stacked, the road is cramped, and there's vendors left and right; you are driving right through all of this rather than just looking at the bottoms of buildings which have no substance. The mission to make me realize this was when you are with takemura and are actually allowed to see these massive buildings from above, and see how great they really are, from above. Had they made these areas where most of the game is centered a lot more dense and grimy, possibly with roads going high above the ground weaving their way through these buildings it would be amazing.

TLDR: as a story game it is incredible, as a cyberpunk game it falls flat
