somewhat unintuitive UI balanced by the fact it's an actually good desktop viewing app for vr

a bit like oculus dash only with more features and not as annoying


ovr toolkit is a weird name for it since advanced settings is more of a toolkit than toolkit really and toolkit doesn't really describe what it is well enough
