Man, this gam, alongside Captain Claw, wis mah obsession back whin ah wis a widdle bean, na lie. Sae. Mony. Hours. 'N' a'm bonny sure Axel 'n' Gena wur mah foremaist 2D crushes. Ah think ah bought this gam again oan steam purely oot o' nostalgia. Althoogh, a dinnae ken if ah kin actually recommend this gam at this point cuz it ancient even if it does aye mak' fur a fin time-killer. Plus it kinda does this thing whaur it, lik', idk... Glitches? Sae that's annoying while daein' th' crazybox missions. Anyhoo, sae aye, tis a soft 3/10. A'd nae pure recommend this yin.

It's an old-ish game, so reviewing it at this point seems kinda pointless, but here we are. The graphics are good, plenty of areas to explore, bazillion guns omfg, and the gameplay is engaging, plus this game can be played on basic systems without much issues. Hell, borderlands ran with higher fps rate on my old crap pc than l4d2 so that's saying something. I think the only 2 issues that come to mind are that:

1. The game doesn't launch (general protection error) and you have to copy a file (cudart.dll), paste it in the identical folder and rename it (physxcudart_20.dll) to solve it.

2. If you get motion sickness while playing half-life 2, you'll probably get it while playing borderlands as well. But it's a fixable issue (it seemed to be so in my case at least). For me, disabling aim assist made an immediate difference.

Apart from that, I'd say the gam is golden. Would recommend 11/10.

Bit ah suppose bile bomb, adrenaline shot, increased choice o' weapons, melee weapons, freish maps, mutations, scavenge, 'n' ellis 'n' Nick mak' game. Plus steam workshop. Ah jalouse, l4d2 is a gam ah hae a love-hate kinship wi'? If ye'r considering atween l4d1 'n' l4d2, mah hert wid say gang wi' th' former, bit mah brain wid say gang wi' th' latter fur ye kin speil l4d1 maps in l4d1 pure class via th' auld schuil mutation. 'n' l4d2 does seem tae hae a mair active community. Althoogh, system requirements ur higher fur l4d2 sae someone wi' a low-end system micht hae trauchle running this gam (i, fur ex, git max 20 fps oan lowest settings wi' v-sync disabled). Sae basically, tis a half-hearted 5/10 recommendation.

Zombies? Check. Co-op? Check. Playing as baith survival 'n' infected? Check. This gam is honestly sae muckle fin. Ye hae a limited option tae`, 'n' na "pay dosh, git mae features th' broke fowk wilnae be getting" business. Plus, ah kin speil this gam oan a low-end spec system, sae that's bonny dope. 11/10 wid recommend.
