I knew a guy who told me he'd played Russian Roulette once. Gave me a funny look when I asked him if he'd won.

"You and Yukari-sensei were classmates, right Kurosawa-sensei? What was she like back then?"
"Funny you should ask – the stories I could tell you!"

Great game with plenty of neat and fun mechanics. The central undo mechanic is real cool and is used in a lot of interesting ways, and a certain other mechanic introduced later in the game had me going "Woah!" when I first started using it. In a good way, mind you.

Levels/puzzles are well designed, and having to restart a room on account of screwing up never really felt that bad since once you know what to do traversal is very quick. One might not think a grid-based platformer would feel good to control, but that couldn't be further from the case here.

Was a short game but definitely worth the asking price (though I think I got it on sale as I'm rather stingy). The game's length I actually found quite nice, as it never felt as if it was dragging on, or milking some secondary mechanic dry or what have you.

Very glad I happened to get this one. T'was a splendid game which I'd recommend to anybody who likes puzzle platformers, retro styled games, and/or novel-feeling game mechanics.

Nifty visual novel with an awesome soundtrack and cool visuals. Only complaint might be that the endings were somewhat obscure to trigger. You'll probably end up looking up a guide for 'em, unless I simply am a fool.

"Captain! Open the door! Lest we break it down... and take more than the One Piece."

That aside, Lucas Pope AKA Papers Please Guy once again concocts one of the best games you'll ever play. This game is filled with masterfully put together and quite frankly awesome looking freeze-frame dioramas, and a brilliantly devised manifest of unfortunate seamen (and topmen, and midshipmen, and so on) for you to discern the fates of.

I'd wholeheartedly recommend not brute-forcing any fate discernments throughout the game, even when it may come down to a 50/50 chance at times. The satisfaction of finding some clue that had been eluding you that allows you to say for certain who a person was or what fate befell them is very much worth it.

Besides all that, the visuals are very neat, the voice acting superb, the music is fantastic, and the game has Overwhelmingly Positive reviews anyway so you should probably see what the fuss is about instead of reading some review with a rather horrid opening line.

Awesome game that can be played through in less than an hour, which is good since I have work tomorrow morning.

It controls great, has fun mechanics, and the green-screened sprites of this dude (I think his name is Germa or something) and those triceratopses and potters are fun to watch.

Would definitely recommend, though depending on how long it takes when I inevitably go for that 777 slots achievement, I may change this review out of spite.
