Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But tends to rely mostly on the contributions of others, and makes only a limited contribution. Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. ViERA makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite. ViERA is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough.
