I got to say, before this game I didn't had any experience with Batman games. I just heard that Arkham Knight is a mess and the other ones are good. I was on "g-that-shady-reseller-every-youtuber-is-associated-with-a.com" and accidentally discovered Batman Arkham Asylum which was super cheap, thought to myself "I never tried a Batman game", saw the score on Metacritic "91, pretty good" and in that moment I saw Arkham City. I saw it had the same score on Metacritic. Well, when I think of a Batman game, I think of an open-world type game. So i bought Arkham City for ~3 euros. srry but gift cards don't spent themselves



-Main Campaign (+ Catwoman Campaign - ~1h) - ~15h
-Riddler's Challenges (Stealth maps, Combat maps score based, 4 characters to choose from) - pretty much endless
-Harley Quinn's Revenge (another campaign, didn't played it yet) - ~2h (heard from someone)
-12 side quests (some are good, some are ok) - ~1h each
-Main Campaign + (the main campaign but with everything unlocked) - ~15h (if it wasn't obvious)
-Trivia about the characters and places
-Concept arts
-3D character's trophies
More Than Enough It has content (unlike Sea of Thieves -_-)! (a co-op campaign would have made this an 11/10) Rocksteady, WB plz



Little spoilers

You (Bruce Wayne) are inprisoned in Arkham City (a place in Gotham that has a prison named Arkham City...wait, so Arkham City is a place that has a prison that is called Arkham City....wut) because you had an Anti-Arkham City Protest™. In Gula...I mean Arkham City you are welcomed by a strange guy (that's the worst pun ever) that knows you're secretly The Bat™, and also tells you that Protocol 10™ will commence SOON™. You escaped from this Gul...I mean prison, break some animal hands, saved some Cats™ and discover Joker's (sic). You went to see him like a good fiend and you end up with his blood in you, you and the entire Gotham. You're basically poisoned and you need to find the cure to save you, Gotham and...well...Joker. Good story overall where you meet your favorite villains (and another hero... NO, i'ts not Superman, this is not frkin Batman v Superman it's your sidekick , jeez).
9/10 It does it's job and actually kil...I mean ugh...just go play it...



It combines stealth with detective work, puzzle solving and the GREAT combat.
-The combat is based on strikes, counters (like Mad Max, Assassin's Creed, Shadow of Mordor etc.) and gadgets (because Batman without gadgets will be Jackie Chan in a bat suit) and it's really fun!
-The map it's small (either it's really small, either you're too fast with the grapple hook and your cape capable of gliding through the air...), but pretty detailed.
-To resolve puzzles you'll use you gadgets (not gonna spoil them).
-You got a detective mode that will make all the objects of interest orange including enemies, corpses, doors, gargoyles etc.
-The stealth it's basically: 1.climb up on a gargoyle statue 2.activate detective mode 3.takedown all the enemies silently (easy to say, not that hard to do) 4...profit :))
-You also have upgrades! For you armor, gadgets, for Catwoman!
10/10 Makes you feel like Batman, and it's fun!



System Requirements - check if you can run snake (sarcasm)
Graphics - atmospheric and very good for a 2011 game (or maybe we are just underestimating old games...)
Level Design - good, pretty detailed, got lost 3 times not knowing what should I do, just 3 times

-The sound effects sound good!
-The sound track is great and immersive, and Batman!
-The voice acting is PURE GOLD, Mark Hammil (Luke Skywalker...yea now you remember) does a great job as Joker, and Batman's voice is perfect (and other characters will not disappoint, at least I wasn't disappointed) !
