Most of the negative reviews about this game come from unexperienced players that didn't even get an hour into the game so they've got no clue what they're doing so they complain about the player base and THEIR gameplay, so don't pay attention to them.

Where should i begin with this, White Noise 2 is a 4v1 game where you can play as the 'Investigators' who participate in 'The Hunt' where the supernatural reaches its peak of horror, their objective is to find clues and reveal 'The Truth', but this isn't a straightforward task, as they'll be stalked and hunted by 'The Creature' (whom a player can play as) which will cause havoc on Earth if it's released, the only way for it to escape is to devour the Investigators.

Pros:
-The game is balanced stat-wise and game-wise
-Brings the spooks in tense moments
-Diverse selection of investigators and some creatures
-Stable level-up system
-Very fun with friends
-Most players are friendly and welcoming to each other
-Cheap DLC which is totally worth it
-The backstory of the game and maps
-Active Developers
-The ambience music
-Each game places different clues in different locations so each game will feel different

Cons:
-The playerbase (not a big issue, but still)
-Bugs in solo plays (involving bots only)
-Since people are playing globablly, expect lag or connection problems from some hosts

>Game starts
>Looping the killer, 3 gens fixed
>Killer got me, trapped me and hooked me
>Killer camps me
>Teammate1 unhooks, killer chases them
>Teammate1 is trapped and hooked, the other two go and save him
>Looking for the right jigsaw box
>Found the correct box, freed myself from the trap, teammate2 is down, trapped and hooked
>Fixing generators, teammate2 is saved but teammate3 goes down, gets trapped and then hooked
>Everyone except for me now has a trap on their head
>Finished the last generator, opening gate
>Teammate saves hooked teammate
>Everyone runs towards the opened gate
>Their jaws get ripped apart
>I escape
>One of them said 'WTF how did i die'

10/10 would love to play with more braindead teammates

Actual Review

'The Pig' (Amanda Young) is something i didn't expect if the saw franchise came into dead by daylight, but overall the killer is well balanced and her crouch/ambush mode is something that may seem OP to some players, but in all honesty if you are cautious enough when fixing gens or going around the map, then you'd change your mind. The reverse bear traps or 'Jigsaw's baptism' are a good way to encourage communication between friends as a single gen will start the countdown to your death and you'll have to rush around these jigsaw boxes, hoping you'll find the right one to free yourself from the trap and not being interrupted by the killer.

The survivor (David Tapp/Detective Tapp) is great as well, mostly because of his perk 'Tenacity' which lets you crawl faster and recover whilst crawling (Which would possibly make No mither finally useful).

I expected to write more about this but i can't.
