I waited almost three years to buy this game, only to return it two days after I bought it.

I understood when buying it the game was multiplayer only, but I spent more time loading game files to join a server than playing on the server, even with a good connection (read: double-digit ping).

Gameplay is awful slow, that is if you are lucky enough to spawn somewhere that isn't a PvP war zone or full of naked players chucking rocks at each other like Grug used to do back in the day.

If you're looking for a survival game with better pacing and PvE/multiplayer support, just get 7 Days to Die instead.

The long awaited welcome for Ace Combat on the PC without the use of emulators.

+Beautiful graphics and soundtrack
+Aircraft tree makes it really feel like you earn your next plane rather than unlocking at set points in the campaign
+Each plane has 3 special weapons and parts for specialized playstyles

-Multiplayer tends to get a bit stale since its PvP only
-Slightly less options in planes compared to previous AC titles
-Music player not included in the base game, for the first time in the series

The game's fun when it works, but be prepared for lots of hang-ups, especially when there are enemies nearby.

Would leave a neutral rating if that existed, but since it doesn't I'll leave a positive.

Pros:
Good story
Suspenseful atmosphere

Cons:
Poor PC port. I can't stress this enough. The game will crash if you tab out so be forewarned.

Senseless violence that all makes sense.

Gameplay that assumes you've beaten HM1 already, and throws you back into the grinder with more characters, a deeper story, and a kickass soundtrack.

Oh hi Mark.

Minus all the acts of the benevolent folks at Bethesda, it's a pretty good game.

Much faster paced than New Vegas, which is a huge plus.
Settlement building is lots of fun, and the mod community is vast enough for every run to be unique.

I would write more to this, but another settlement needs my help apparently.

Would replay the same level 58 times in frustration/10

Should have been called ♥♥♥♥ Nukem.

Other than that, 10/10, nugget is still in since ro2, and it ain't me.
Also no HUD makes it hyper realism, especially watching NVA soldiers get barbecued by a flamethrower.

It's edgy, yet amazingly cathartic.

Adding the destructible environment brings the gameplay to a whole new level, making it seem like you're actually waging war with the world.

Anywho, my review is not important, what's important is what it's going to do.
