The game itself is well set with the Borderlands series. Pandora is as it should be, violent and scary. All the items do have that highlight of different colors, and of course, elemental weapons and "cars". Of course, you're not playing as a Vault Hunter, but that's what makes this game a challenge. Every event in this game completely connects with every other event. This game took me a good 2 weeks to beat. After beating it, you may feel a little upset that's it over, but you can just go back and fix your mistakes. Recommended!

It was great overall, coming from a Half Life fan of course. Took me about 3 weeks to beat it, but if you really loved Half Life back in the day, this game is perfect if you want an HD experience. There were some new places and secrets I got to enjoy finding, spoiler: The final boss and final level from Half Life isnt in this, but will be in Part 2

I beat it in a mere 4 days, not bad. It's an amazing puzzle game. Beautifully made. Not too challenging though. This game could use ALOT more levels, a boss fight where there is a virus that is trying to destroy the cyberspace your trying to hack AND Online Multiplayer. But overall, great!

You read that right, I have known and played this game for nearly 10 years. I may only have 662 hours on record, but most of those hours took up my life between ages 11 and 15, and I took a lot of breaks. My first review for this game was when I was 11 years old and simply wrote "I LOVEEE THISSS GAMEEEE :) :) :) :)"

I wish I could say that I 100% recommend this masterpiece to people in 2021. I really REALLY wish I could... but with the games current state and the devs current relationship with their player base, I sadly cannot promise the best experience...

Spiral Knights was a gem, a spark of connection between players across the world. Its art style, gameplay, character customization, music, level design, rank up system, EVERYTHING was amazing, and technically to this day, still is. So... why do I not recommend it nowadays. It's because players today will not feel the same experience that many of us had with this game nearly a decade ago. The lack of major content updates and drastic player drop just makes this game so unenjoyable if you're looking for a party to do certain missions with. All the players you'll find are either newbies, or players with the absolute richest items in the game all making trade advertisements. The devs have not cared much about the player base in a long time and because of that, refuse to continue to give this game life

If you are lucky, you can still enjoy this game. You MAY find some people willing to join and help you. You MAY still have a fun time buying items and ranking up your character. Consider this more of a warning rather than a "Do not play this game ever" kind of message. This game is still fun, don't get me wrong, but it lacks the magic that it held long ago with the updates, major player counts, and great community to interact with.

We'll miss you Spiral Knights... thanks for making our childhoods an unforgettable one. We all have to move on at some point.
