lol cheats do not "install", they are simply dormant binaries until executed. if a cheat executable or dll is present without being ran or injected it will not result in a ban.

while a cheat COULD install to your computer and auto-boot, no public cheat I've seen has any installation process of any kind. the chances of your "friend" using a software that does something so extremely uncommon are about 0.01%. You got banned for cheating, it happens. Make a new account and if you really don't want banned then don't cheat on there too, simple as.
