There is a Hitler class you can pick and you can gas minorities. It's actually really progressive.

Get out of here STALKER!

Standalone with no mods the game is still good. Excellent atmosphere and world. Gunplay on the hardest difficulty is solid and feels slick.

Biggest negative, the actual story quests can turn into shootout slog fests. The endgame sequence specifically can drag out terribly.
