All I can tell you is that there's no beating the Eagle-L (or MAYBE Eagle-S) with the 30mm, using a joystick. At least in the campain mission 6, no other fighter is as good. Falcon-S with the 30mm would be a great runner-up if it had twin cannons, but it's only one, so it takes twice as long to kill enemies.
