I bought this game, sat down to play it, played it for 3.8 hours without stopping or getting up. This is one of, if not, the best game I've ever played

Very good game, worth a shot on a completely random whim, I'm sure you'll enjoy it

This game is absolutely fantastic, it's truly entertaining, as a game should be. Originally the reviews left me skeptical, so allow me to address the issues through my personal experience.

Bugs, crashes, game being old, etc.: I've only had ONE game breaking bug that required a restart, no crashes, and the unstable nature is greatly overstated from my experience.

The need to earn money to participate in boss fights: This one I'm a little harsh on, because I flat out think it's a stupid complaint. It reeks of a short attention span and incapability to understand responsibility. Yes, you do have to do some jobs to afford the next boss, but they are WAY simpler than some reviews would lead you to believe. Finishing a boss fight gives you money, and the more missions you do, the more you unlock which give you more money. On average I literally have to do like three missions for the next fight, it isn't that bad. If you can't handle a little bit of work and a little repetitiveness then you should be less worried about video game jobs and more about how you'll hold a real one.

Vehicle controls and Open world: The vehicle controls really ain't that bad at all if you're playing on controller, I can't speak for keyboard since I haven't tried it. The "Open world' truly does not matter in the slightest, exploration and discoveries are NOT gonna happen here, this is just some generic american city that you'll primarily just be crossing for shops, mission objectives, and maybe even collectibles. If you actually care about an open world aspect, you will be immeasurably disappointed.

Too repetitive: This is somewhat true if you're not all that big of a fan of the game. Me personally, I think the game is hilarious and interesting, and I care about the writing, characters, and boss fights enough to not mind the repetitive nature, since I look forward to the next character I'll meet, and how their unique fight will unfold.

My main conclusion is, if you think you'll care about no more heroes, or if you want an extremely unique game to look into, you'll enjoy yourself. If you're looking for a quick bit of hack and slash fun, just go play Devil May Cry, it's combat is more stimulating anyway.

This game has exceeded my expectations. I had expected "haha shootey shooter with fun mechanics", a shallow experience with it's value being in flashiness and comical mechanics, but I was very wrong. This game is actually a phenomenal experience with fun, unique missions, a lovely soundtrack, great voice acting, and fun gameplay. I wouldn't just recommend this as fun for five minutes, but instead as an actual FPS title, I believe it's reputation of "do cool stuff" precedes how great of a game this really is

THE definitive most "mid" game you could ever play. All fun parts are followed by annoying ones, 99% of decisions in development feel like they were just made with zero true thought behind any of their actions, core gameplay seems fun before they throw far too many options at you with the most bloated weapons system you'll ever see from this kind of genre. Story is forgettable, voice acting's great, combat is somewhat fun until you're up against the most overpowering group of enemies that will take you twenty minutes and multiple deaths to deal with. All in all, don't pick this up for any more than 20 bucks. It's a good bargain bin game if you want SOMETHING to play, but it isn't worth much more than your water bill.

Perfect game completely and utterly ruined in one single update

A good and fun simple game to play with friends, but with horrific ethics behind it, I mean, using a team of people to quickly throw together a game entirely created to ride off the coattails of a single developer (Yes, Lethal company)? Feels extremely exploitative and wrong in all kinds of ways. Landfall used to SET trends, not copy them, especially in such a greedy manner. I enjoy the game, but I don't enjoy it's ethics

EDIT: I suppose Zeekers has since condoned the game, so I can ease my mind

God I love this game

Actually a really great, fun little game! Can be pretty challenging, but very fun and rewarding. Don't let your ever growing lust for maturity stop you from taking a break and playing a lighthearted game like this one, It's definitely worth your time!

mordhau copium makes this game seem worse than it is, good game don't listen to mordhau fans they just poured too much of their life into game
