I only played about 3 hours of the original path of exile, I played it and forgot about it. As an avid Diablo 2 player, this is the next best step. It's so damn good I can finally replace diablo 2 with something that's worthy. D3 and D4 were just pure disappointments whereas this has been pure bliss. Thank you PoE team!

**** Updating after a couple months of playing ****

A faithful remaster of the original. I've put over 100 hours into this game and I expect I'll put hundreds more, it's such a great game. Tons of civilizations to choose from, really well balanced, and great updates to graphics along with the addition of mods. The only thing I wish we could fix is the number of players that are smurfing (professionals that join games for noobs or intermediates). Far too often, I'll join a game for newer players because I'm far from a pro, these players also join, and when they do, they clean house really early on, it leaves a foul feeling. However, I suppose if you played ranked games this wouldn't be such an issue, but in normal custom games, it's a repeating occurrence.

Overall, this is one of the best remasters I've played in a while, and the nostalgia of when I used to play it back in the day is really strong, if you've played the original and you liked it, you'll absolutely love this game. I can't recommend it enough!!! This is the game you're looking for.

Completely immersive, amazing game!

I've only played the campaign so far and it took a little bit to get used to it. All I can say is holy s***, this game is amazing. They nailed the feeling of being alone in a desolated area with zombies, I actually started panicking multiple times when you have a massive horde of zombies coming for you and you don't have much ammo, thank god for grenades (if you can pull them out in time).

Props to the developers, I hope they make a lot more like it, this is great stuff!

After cussing and dying a lot, I'm finally starting to get the hang of it and feeling accomplished.
