TLDR: I recommend to play that game if you are fan of roguelike games and a lot of failures are not an issue for you, as each time you learn and gain resources for potential upgrades, what is the point of this game.

Curse of The Dead Gods is a great roguelike game, like in every rougelike game there is RNG involved, but most of the time you can get around that and use it to your advantage. It gets repetetive after long time, especially when you beat the game for the first time(means kill final boss), which is not really an ending, but later on only difference is difficulty level. Luckily, you have many weapons and you can try with slower, heavy weapons or faster, but causing less damage. There are many options to unlock and each death is not considered as a failure as you are unlocking different perks/ new weapons to be found during your exploration.

There are many options and experimentation is recommended to find out, which gameplay style is the best for you. Parrying is very difficult, but also rewarding if you are successfull as it makes your enemies weaker for short time. There are many combinations and to not spoil the game, I would recommend play it and discover it by yourself. Generally speaking game feels very balanced and I rarely felt, that game was unfair for me(except RNG part, but... that's RNG).

I finiished Max Payne III for the second time I am just after finishing entire Max Payne Trilogy and for me it looks like that:
Max Payne II > Max Payne III> Max Payne I

I don't like that "glue to the wall" feature , also bullet time feels like downgrade compared to what Remedy offered us in Max Payne II, where you actually felt the power of bullet time. In Max Payne III i miss that feeling and when you cover behind the walls bullet time is not so useful.

Also it feels like Rockstar was testing their engine before GTA V to see and you can instatly see, that this game was created by Rockstar, not Remedy.

I still recommend it as it's not bad game, but I think limitations of available guns to standard two one-handed and one two- handed is a biit shame and because of that options were limited.

If you enjoyed Max Payne, you will enjoy sequel as well. Story is dark as well and in terms of gameplay- it has
significantly improved on core mechanic(not only that, but that's the worth mentioning in the first place) of the game, means bullet time and how it works.
Story is dark, but I think in terms of atmosphere Max Payne I is better, but overall- Max Payne II as sequel is a great, short game focused on story, but also excels in gameplay and is superior to Max Payne.

I highly recommend this game. I've finished it few times already before owning it on steam, but in fact, that's one of the games which get aged at some places(graphics mostly). Story(storytelling where it is mixed between comic like and cutscens) and atmosphere are making great job. Bullet time feature, which was revolutionary at the time of Max Payne release. It has few issues on Windows 10(sound mostly), but there is very easy fix for it available on Steam community guides.

Once you play other remedy games you will recognise, that some of their first games design patterns are in newer games like Control or Quantum break.

I understand, why Mafia II/ Mafia fans are upset about this game... as most of the time it feels more like GTA in terms of gameplay and way in which game was designed. I will lie, If I will say I didn't enjoy it. I did. It's a pretty good game, but if you expect to get a decent sequel of Mafia II then you will be disappointed. But as Game, besides some bugs, which are annoying where in the worst case will force you to restart entire game(most of the time loading checkpoint should be fine), then you will have a lot of fun playing it.

There are not too many songs and radiostations, but It might be because of lack of licenses, so they had to remove some of songs available in the game. Main content of the game feels a bit repetitve, that's true and it reminds a bit of GTA:SA in terms of territory gathering and splitting them up between underbosses.

To keep it short- as long as you don't approch to it like Mafia game, then you will most likely enjoy. And prologue/ introduction to game is a bit misleading in expectations of what Mafia III would look like(which is demo I guess), so I recommend you to check some youtube gameplay if you will enjoy it.

If you are looking for a great written story- this game is for you then and you will enjoy it and strive to explore the story which Remedy is offering to us in QB. If you look for a great TPP game with some cool abilities where you can manipulate time(like stopping the time in certain places, creating shields, which absorbs damage and fewo thers)- then you might be a bit disappointed as it's mediocore to be totally honest in terms of gameplay. I think Remedy focused on storytelling the most for Quantum Break. You can tell that as you have 60 minutes(I guess over 60 minutes as I finished game once, didn't take all the choices to check how much the game story will change) live action episodes, which shows the other side of story and focus on villians.

If you have played standard Spider-Man and enjoyed it, you will enjoy it as well. It's a great sequel , let's call it to the Spider Man game as it is set two years after events of Marvel's Spider-Man.
Miles swinging style is different and it relies on tricks. It shows different character of that young guy and his attitude to life. Combat is changed a bit compared to original and I think it's a bit more dynamic than original Spider-Man, but I think swinging system feels better in SM.

It's a shame, that it is a bit shorther than Marvel's Spider-Man, but I still recommend to play it as it also has some teasers about potential enemies in SM II and what might happen in the story further.

It's a good racing game. Is that as good as NFS:Most Wanted? No, especially the cop chases, which... I honestly don't know why are there as in this game they seem to be added jut because night racing, but it is very, very difficult to get caught and chases are not that spectacular as in most wanted. Shame, that it was added as requirement to finish the "story" of the game as it was the least fun missions to complete, especially when finding a cop to chase takes sometimes 15-20 minutes or even more and it is required to progress in the story.

Also the visual tuning is very limited compared to older NFS games, which Need For Speed is referring to(Underground 2, Carbon).

The best spider man game so far. If you are fan of spider man and want to get that feeling of what it might look like to be spider-man, just play this game. Traversal is the most enjoyable part of the game and also fighthing system inspired by Batman Arkham series fits it very well, especially when it was redesigned to be fast-paced combat and with combination of gadgets and throwing different environmental items.

PC port seems to be a bit buggy at times when compared to PS4 version, but bugs are not that irritating as they do not happen often and I didn't face any game-breaking bug during my playthrough

TLDR: Highly recommend it. You can spend a lot of time there and game is still in EA, so there will be much more content to explore in the future(at this point of review there are about 10+ characters to unlock, over 20 upgrades, several stages to play on). This game is available almost for free so do not hestiate to try it :)

Simplistic Gameplay(basically, you just move your character and weapons are automatically shot), but the thing there is to choose right weapons and upgrades to make your character strong(some weapons are getting extra level of upgrade when right passive will be chosen)

It requires grinding and combining different upgrades, but that is what this game is all about. Each run takes at maximum 30 minutes(was very close to survive for 30 minutes, the closest run was 12 seconds before 30 min mark) and it is fun to kill thousands of enemies, level up character and feel powerful.

Game has a lot of potential to be mobile as well(as only input is movement), but I understand why it might be tough to port it to mobile as there is a lot of happening on the screen(even on my PC at some point there are strong FPS drops cause of so many enemies and effects happening at once, even if game has pixel art graphics and simple AI)
