The hype is real, waited for it to go on sale but in retrospect would've gladly paid full price. Visuals, story, replay factor, all great. Really hoping RE3 gets the same treatment, I'd pre-order it.

Oops think it was my RAM lol. Still need to get more hours in but pretty sure that was the problem.

Enjoying the small dynamic having children to watch over and care for adds to the game however wish it weren't so danged buggy. Frequently run into instances where characters when returning to the safe house are stuck like statues or just saw when attempting to have an adult bandage a child, both become stuck. If they shake these bugs out I may log a few hundred more hours on the DLC.

Fun game that reminds me of the Hacker Evolution series before it went mobile/click/touch and lost it's charm.

A bit short but worth the price, especially if on sale.

For those who forgot when Arkham City was released there was a save game bug that caused your save game to mysteroiusly disappear now and again. If I recall it went several weeks if not a few months before finally being fixed. I was one of those who got swept up in the hype of Arkham Knight on the PC and forgot how I got burned on Arkham City.

I have a pretty decent gaming rig so was mostly able to gloss over the stutter/freezes as they did not happen in critical areas until a key tank battle which was rendered completely unplayable so I could not progress.

Steam approved my refund despite having 12 hours gameplay thankfully. When/if they ever fix this horrible PC port I'll have to think hard on if I want to keep giving money to a studio/publisher that cares so little for their PC releases.

Otherwise the game was cool and fun until the one battle that was unplayable. Great atmosphere, an order of magnitude more darker/disturbing than the previous games, and always good to have Kevin Conroy back.

I really enjoy this game, and still do, but would warn off new buyers in the face of the growing number of bugs and the developers seeming unwillingness to acknowledge or act on them.

Everything that was fun and unique about Hacker Evolution and Hacker Evolution Untold was undone in this game. Rather than taking the simple premise of typing console commands and wrapping it in a somewhat compelling and original story, those fun aspects were all removed with completely mouse and gui driven actions. Very uninspiring, unintuitive, and not fun at all. Play the first two but avoid this.

The charm comes from the majority of the "action" coming from you typing commands into a console and the occasional mouse-over/mouse-click. It's not real hacking by an stretch but it is akin to "movie hacking" as another reviewer put it. Fun in a straight forward, procedural puzzle kind of way, with some pretty decent techno even if it loops a bit too soon.
