this is my game! it was made for me! 10/10.

music? great.
characters? great.
art/visuals? great
gameplay? pretty good.
campaign? nice length.

only 'complaints' are that there isn't a skirmish mode or any kind of 'sandbox', but the missions are replayable enough that its not a big deal.

This is a fantastic game. I cannot sing its praises high enough. Unfortunately, Bethesda thought it was necessary to package literal malware with it for the multiplayer nobody cares about, but won't dare address cheating on its own in-house productions. The anti-cheat they added, Denuvo, has higher access to your computer than you do. You can never turn it off, even when the game isn't running. You cannot play the game without it. It WILL impact performance, too, just to spit in your face. Absolutely do not support Denuvo despite how actually outstanding the game itself is. Take that as you will.

I will update this review if/when Bethesda undoes another one of their great flubs. Guess they couldn't allow one of their subsidiaries make them look good.

Valiant Hearts is one of the most beautiful games I've ever played, and I have played a lot. It provides countless challenges and puzzles and really makes you think outside the box. The story is beautifully crafted. You feel a real bond with the characters and their goals are your goals. There are several sequences in the game that are incredibly hard and I found myself looking up walkthroughs several times but the game is certainly doable. I recommend Valiant Hearts to every person on the planet. Buy it immediately.

An amazing game chock full of action and adventure. The art style is appealing and it has a fun sense of humor. Fun to play with others but can still be played solo. An overall great experience. Solid 9/10.

FTL is one of the best games I own. It's a small, quick installation of 800-900 MB, yet the game is massive. There is so much you can do and so many ways to play. The text based gameplay is fun and unique in this generation of games. The pixel art style and the music are nostalgic and attention grabbing. The backgrounds are gorgeous and the atmosphere is composed to the player through its style. You feel like you are actually in control, and you empathize with the plight of your crew as you try to survive. It looks like a classic game from the Nintendo era but feels like a modern indie, a combination which is unmatched by anything I've played. Strategization in FTL is key, you cannot blindly charge through and hope to get far. The game is unforgiving, but still fun. Even though deaths are frequent and permanent, you shouldn't get frustrated. Losing is part of the game, actually, and it's an intregal part of learning. After death, you always come back wanting to improve yourself and do better than before. FTL is a unique game that should be part of every gamer's library. This game is a solid 10/10.
