Meticulous in keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Alin Diamantu makes a habit of keeping own area clean and hazard-free and also assists and encourages others to do the same. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion. Always eager to take on a new task, whether hard or simple, and tackles it diligently, without question or complaint. This positive attitude inspires others too. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Alin Diamantu sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws.
