Left 4 Dead The Vanilla Experience

This is the true version of Left 4 Dead, simplistic and well-polished. Most people say you don't need this because every map is ported to Left 4 Dead 2, well that's not so wrong but it's not a good reason to skip this one. It's better than Left 4 Dead 2 in many aspects, guns are so much more satisfying, no annoying special infected like Jockey and Charger which ruin the fun of Left 4 Dead 2. The pistols are way better than the second game, and server latency is lower. All the maps are great and the characters are very likeable.

I'd recommend trying this before playing the second game, because clearly the gameplay is somewhat different and it has it's own feeling.
