So.. I'm from Earth, more specifically the Alps.. And even though I like cookies I'm pretty sure I prefer cheese :3

Not interested in buying/selling items, don't add me for trading.
If I add you and you don't know why it's probably because you're special! or for tourneys scheduling... in fact.. who knows :)

Your friendly Alpine "Gallizenae" feral druid :dos2dagger::heyred::magicstarfish:
Life is a beautiful compound of matter. Wanna extend it a litte? ^_^
TLDR: Balance in all things :)

Exercise (sometimes)
Drink lots of water (don't overdo it) get sufficient non-rem sleep and sunlight
Eat foods rich in rutin, bromelain, protein, garlic & nattokinase => yummie smart foods
Dota => Davai blyat, i'm sure our dear cenancestors already did that in their dreams

=> Apples, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes, buckwheat, onion, and tea for the rutin, Rutin targets protein disulfide isomerase, an enzyme involved in blood clotting.
=> Pineapples for the bromelain, Bromelain enables your body to produce plasmin, which helps to clear away the fibrin that holds blood clots together.
=> Garlic inhibits the production of thomboxane, which is involved in blood clots. It also contains ajoene and adenosine, which helps prevent and dissolve blood clots.
=> Chia seeds (any seeds really), salmon, tuna, herring, mackerel, or sardines for your protein servings, the omega 3 fatty acids will reduce your cholesterol, thin your blood, and reduce clotting. Too much protein (especially red meat and dairy products) seems to stimulate blood clot formation. Although dairy products AND most likely meat omega 3 derived quality seem to vary a lot based on the quality of environement where the product grew, from the grass to the animal, till the milk cheese and meat.
=>Nattokinase!? Nattokinase is an enzyme that breaks down fibrin, which may prevent clots from forming and dissolve those that have begun to form. Nattokinase is found in natto (a fermented Japanese food made from soybeans), fermented black beans, fermented shrimp paste, and tempeh.
=>More water :)
Clots are the main brain threat so take them seriously!! xdxd

Most nutritious foods: Salmon, Kale, Brocoli, Seaweed, Flaxseed, Garlic, Blueberries, Eggs, Sardines ,Spinach, Dark chocolate, Almonds.

Pick local and "happy" products when possible, sustainable, eco friendly organic and mostly NON market-sick products (you don't have to read the encyclopedia but spending 10 seconds reading ingredients is usually enough to get your choice in the right direction !
DISCLAIMER: Farmed fish "can" be full of toxic stuff that's pumped either in the food or the water, baltic sea is concentrated trash.... it's so bad that farmed salmon of the baltic is actually 5 times more toxic than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ meat (meat and apples are the most commonly affected food after salmon, ya screw you monsanto, using poorly controled plant pesticide in fish food....).

what about oxytocin now?! cause it's a great thing : D

ways to release oxytocin (potentially)
A) Hugging someone / physical contact (a hug once in a while is highly recommended)
B) Take a walk.
C) Looking at pictures of pples you know / social medias.
C) Laughter.
D) Call someone / talk.
E) High action physical games.
F) Give money away xD
G) Being trusted.
H) Listening to soothing music.
I) Certain foods: oxytocin-rich meal: eggs, garlic, tomatos, apples, bananas, pepper, chocolate ...
J) Deep breathing.
K) Dopamine usually follows with oxytocin ^^
