I got this game as part of a Humble Bundle or else I 100% would have refunded it. I like the concepts behind the game play but the developers made the classic Roguelite mistake of making all the of the upgrades cost way too much.

Also it was not until the second playthrough (or run) do you realize that the major character/ship upgrades are per playthrough. So you spent your crystals upgrading move speed and died? Okay back to the slow character. Same with mining speed and about a hundred other upgrades.

The permanent upgrades (the ones that go between playthroughs) start off impactful but then becomes very incremental. For example I think the first health upgrade is like 40% (or something) but the second ones is like nothing (10%, or something). Either the way the grind is not fun.

In conclusion, game has good concepts but the Roguelite grind is terrible. Not worth the time investment

Very okay game and maybe for the cheap price it might be a good buy but do not expect this game to ever get finished. It was launch September 30 2022 and it has not received an update in months (if not years). Once you figure out the cheap strategy you can easily beat the game in under a few hours.

In my opinion, use your money to support another game that actually will be finished and not dropped like a hot potato by its developer.

Fun game but development is over for it so it is in its final state. For the price it is worth playing for sure!

Good game, can be extremely grindy especially towards the end if you are after collecting all the items but for a game that came out with little to no game-breaking bugs worth playing for sure. Combat is surprisingly fun too!

The game is alright but extremely grind-y especially since the 1.0 release. The grind is for meta progressions that is a must have for the endgame and it will take forever for you get to get there.

The game has a lot of complicated mechanics that takes forever to learn if you have not played them previously. Especially with the recent updates the game has become less and less fun for me. It seems like GGG (the Developers) seem to just want to add more and more random little things here and there for a player to spend their time learning. Therefore, it would be hard for me to recommend this game to newer players unless they want to spend hours learning random mechanics.
