its pretty good honestly

extremely hard to run out of stuff to do, i'm over 1000 hours in and there are still so many places i haven't been. Only real downside i find to that much content is the size of the install and how overwhelming it can be for a new person to be bombarded with quests from characters they don't know yet

Main story kinda eh, but the dlc is significantly better. Great gameplay, fun soundtrack. A lot of things feel more refined and user friendly than the previous games (menus, map etc). Overall its actually really good.
