My rating is 7/10.
Good game, Great story, very fun, but have some bugs.

The Digihack sucks.
The performance is crap, I run Crysis 3 remastered at ULTRA and Cyberpunk 2077 at Ultra with Ray Tracing for more FPS than this.
Still is a good game, If you like Fallout 4, Skyrim, is a great time spender.
