One of the best F2P FPS PvP games out there. Combines the best of CS:GO with Team Fortress 2. Absolutely delightful, intense action. 10/10 would recommend to any FPS or Co-op lover.

Edit: I played this game. This game played me. Everyone lost. Go home.

I've been playing this game quite a while now, and so far, this is one of the best WW2 games out there. You're ready for putting up a fight from the get-go. The variety of ground and air vehicles is plus and in general gives a nice feel. Battles are usually intense, and the grind is real. A lot of reviews say that it's too much effort to earn credits (in-game currency) and buy new weapons, but it's really not if you playing FPS. True that you need to grind a bit, but it sure is fun af. 10/10 would recommend if you want a free-to-play WW2 FPS (+1 extra points for the planes and paratroopers).

Edit: a change in view. I've been playing this game for about a year and a half now, ever since it was in beta. As much as I have enjoyed the game, I've come to realize the game is just not progressing anymore. Atleast not at the rates you'd like. In the past year, very few _meaningful_ updates have been made to the game. The developers have, for some reason, focussed more on making it 'look pretty' with an overhauledd UI and 'helmet skins' while ignoring the other significantly larger issues that persist. The balancing is still off, the new map introduced is average and far from the prototype map we were shown long back in one of the dev streams. It still feels very pay-to-win with long grinds, which aren't made any easier with nerfs to strong weapons. There have been several promises of listening to the community and bringing us the features we want (which aren't that extraordinary tbh), but we haven't them in a long time. The game has a long way if it wants to be relevant again. Nevertheless, I still find myself going back to it often because this is one of the few games that have every component of the battlefield I'd like to play with/against.

TLDR; HnG remains an unfinished ambitious game with a lot of great ideas but bad implementations. It's a great way to kill time once you've risen to the higher ranks and have a pretty good hang of the game. Till then, it's a saga of grind and rage. Play if you have patience.

I had high hopes from this one, perhaps too high to be met. Slow to load, weird mechanics and shaky physics. Not to mention the eternity it takes to just get me into a game lobby.
